How it Works

Prepare your legal documents for service. File them with the proper court jurisdiction, or we can file them for you should you need assistance. Complete the on-line or PDF service forms and submit all documents to our office through any of the options below. Service requests are activated and scheduled in the order received unless rush service is requested.

OPTION ONE • ONLINE FORM – Complete the necessary and required online information forms. Upload your documents and submit them to our office. We will review, print and prepare the documents for filing and or service of process @ .50 pp. Service packets over ten pages will be charged a document processing fee. If you do not have an active account, complete and submit the credit card information form as well. We will contact you with a service estimate and collect your credit card number at that time.

OPTION TWO • ONLINE PDF FORM – Print out and complete the PDF service request forms. Scan all service documents or forms and upload them to us using our contact form. We will review, print and prepare the documents for filing or service of process @ .50 pp. Service packets over ten pages will be charged a processing fee. If you do not have an active account, complete and submit the credit card payment form as well. We will contact you with a service estimate and collect your credit card number at that time.

OPTION THREE • US MAIL – If using the U.S. Mail or another courier service to provide us with your service documents, waive all signatures. Include one service packet per defendant and one extra packet for our records. Each service packet must be identical and stapled together. This insures we can verify or validate what was served should an issue arise. If you do not have an active account, complete and include a PDF payment form. We will review your request and contact you with a service estimate in addition to collecting your credit card number at that time.

OPTION FOUR • HAND DELIVER – If you’d like to hand deliver your service request to our office, we suggest calling and make an appointment. You may bring the required copies with you, or pay us to copy and prepare your service documents. We will review your request and provide you with a service estimate collecting payment of your choice at that time.

OPTION FIVE • DROP BOX – Placer County Process Service also provides a drop box for those who need the afterhours availability. Simply prepare your service document packets along with your PDF service request forms. You may drop them in the document drop box located outside our office at 1113 High Street, Suite 4 Auburn, California 95603. If you do not have an active account, include a PDF payment form. Upon receipt, we will review your request and contact you with a service estimate collecting your credit card number at that time.

Service of Process requests include (3) attempts per service fee. Certain service areas and requests will have mileage fees attached depending on the location. Fees vary from city to city.
